CANON

canon: Original
background: Here.
canon point: Flexible
notes: Although Ootori Rei is Japanese, in In the Amber-Hued Rain (the play her icons stem from), she plays a European woman, and likewise Tine is completely European-Danish.

PLAYER

contact: PM to this journal.
active times/pace: CEST/CET player. Tries to be online at least during the evening my time, but it varies. More one tag a day player than anything, but if you hit me up at the right time, I can still boomerang a bit.
brackets/prose: Definitely brackets preference, but will match. I default to present tense, but can also match other tenses.
offensive subjects/triggers: Not any.

IN CHARACTER

physical affection: Go for it. She will generally be amiable.
physical violence: No.
relationships: F/F, but I prefer gen.
psychic info: She has no shields or defences and is an easy read. Ask if there's more you need to know in that regard.
magical info: Nothing of note. No problem playing against characters with powers
medical info: Nothing relevant. She's in good health.
offensive subjects/triggers: By nature of her family's import business, that involves import of goods in the 1910's, colonialism is an implicit reality in Tine's world, and although she doesn't speak either for or against it, it is what her wealth's based on. If this is offensive to you, please steer clear.

OUT OF CHARACTER

backtagging: Yes, please!
threadhopping: No.
fourthwalling: She's an OC.
not interested in: Smut. Shipping as a general rule.

- Setting: Aarhus, Denmark, 1911
- Character: Tine Marie Lindberg Lorentzen, b. 1881
- Education & Occupation: University degree in French, personally trained in business by her father, heiress to and head secretary of Lindberg Import A/S and functionally in charge of the Lindberg Department Store
- Talents and skills: Communication and finance, patron of the arts, is also herself a skilled pianist
- Summary: Being her father's only child, rather than looking outside the family for a male substitute to take over his business matters, from a very early age Christian Lindberg involved Tine in the day to day affairs of Lindberg Import A/S, bringing her up to understand all the different branches and responsibilities of the family dynasty. Tine took to it like a fish in water and grew up to be a skilled and hardworking businesswoman. To be able to take charge of the company's French dealings, she studied French language and culture for four years at the university in Copenhagen, with many visits to the other country and stays in Paris where she took a particular interest in French fashions and having French designers brought to Aarhus. As she grew into her 20's, her father's health deteriorated fast and soon she was almost solely in charge of the department store and leading many other aspects of the business empire. Something that provoked her husband, who had hoped he would be trusted with these things as Tine's father got worse.
- Relationships: Married for four years to Fritz Lorentzen, one of her father's close associates and a Lindberg board member. She married him primarily to give her father less to worry about in his weakening state. She is a lesbian and her husband knows about her inclinations towards women.
